5. Returns and Refunds

Important: We do not offer product returns. Refunds are only available for faulty or damaged products within 7 days of receiving your Torniq Turbo Jet Blower.

Our refund policy is designed to ensure product quality while maintaining operational efficiency. Refunds are strictly limited to:

  • Faulty Products: Items that do not function as intended due to manufacturing defects
  • Damaged Products: Items that arrive damaged due to shipping or handling issues
  • Missing Components: Products that arrive with missing essential parts or accessories

Refund Eligibility Requirements:

  • 7-Day Reporting Window: Issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your product
  • Proof of Defect Required: Clear documentation (photos/videos) of the fault or damage must be provided
  • No Physical Returns Required: You may keep the product - no need to ship anything back to us
  • Email Request Required: All refund requests must be submitted via email to help@torniq.com
  • Valid Purchase Verification: Must have a valid order confirmation and proof of purchase
  • Full Refund: Receive a complete refund of your purchase price to your original payment method
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of approval

Refund Process for Faulty/Damaged Products:

  1. Email help@torniq.com within 7 days of receiving your product
  2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the fault or damage
  3. Include your order number and description of the issue
  4. We verify the defect and your purchase within 24 hours
  5. Upon approval, refund is processed to your original payment method
  6. Refund appears in your account within 3-5 business days

Important Conditions:

  • No Satisfaction Refunds: Refunds are not available for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or general dissatisfaction
  • User Error Exclusions: Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or user error is not covered
  • One Refund Per Customer: Each customer is eligible for one refund per product purchase
  • Direct Purchase Only: Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through our website
  • Fraud Protection: We reserve the right to refuse refunds for suspected fraudulent activity

What is NOT Covered:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Product not meeting personal expectations
  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality
