We only provide refunds for products that arrive faulty or damaged. If your Torniq Turbo Jet Blower has manufacturing defects or was damaged during shipping, you may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of delivery.

Important: Proof of defect or damage is required for all refund requests.

Change of Mind

No refunds for products you simply don't want anymore.

User Damage

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Claims without adequate photographic or video evidence.

No Physical Returns Required

For approved defective product refunds, you may keep the faulty item. We do not require physical returns.

Refund Method

All approved refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

One Refund Per Customer

Each customer is eligible for one refund per product purchase. Multiple refund requests for the same order will not be processed.
